The Labor Law, which was ratified by the Islamic Consultative Assembly in 2/7/1368 [27 April 1989] and some of whose articles were subject to differences between the Islamic Consultative Assembly and the Guardian Council and were reviewed in many sessions of the Expediency Council and, after various articles were amended and as a matter of necessity, granted permission by the Supreme Leader, with the amendment and completion of other articles, containing 203 articles and 121 notes, received final confirmation by the Expediency Council on 21 Aban 1369 [12 November 1990] and, through memo q/267/8840 dated 9/10/1369, reached the president for implementation.
