Verdict of the Court

Regarding the lawsuit of Mr. Bashir Haravi Talemi against the defendants, the Ministry of Sciences, Research, & Technology, and the University of Applied Sciences of Chalous, in accordance with acceptance in the National University Entrance Examinations [konkour] in the year 1385 [2006], and continuation of education; in considering the contents of the case and the received answer, insomuch as the situation of the individual conforms to the legislation of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, and has been rejected and does not have a justifiable complaint to prove the violation of the law, and justify his request, therefore, the legitimacy of the plaintiff’s position is not recognized, and therefore, the verdict is issued to dismiss the complaint.  This verdict is final in accordance with article 7 of the Law of the Courts.
